DS Systems offer three levels of maintenance cover to suit individual needs. Thorough servicing and cleaning of systems, both internally and externally, not only ensures optimum performance and safety of equipment, but can also highlight any minor issues before they escalate.
When protected with maintenance cover you receive a preferential response time from our skilled engineers, which is the next working day or better. Looking after your equipment properly not only provides peace of mind but also helps to preserve the life of the system.

Level 1
Preventative Cover
This level of cover provides one comprehensive visit a year where all the equipment is opened and thoroughly checked, tested and cleaned.
Voltages are measured and any safety issues are highlighted. Software is checked and upgraded with all available updates.
The system is assessed for compliance with the increasingly prominent Data Protection Act.

Level 2
Labour Inclusive Cover
This cover includes the comprehensive visit detailed under Level 1. In addition, all labour charges associated with the repair of the system are included.
Not covered are repairs due to vandalism, cosmetic damage, neglect, severe weather conditions, screen burn or work by non DS Systems engineers. |

Level 3
All Inclusive Cover
Level 3 cover includes the comprehensive visit detailed under Level 1, plus the labour charges associated with the repair of the system detailed under Level 2.
In addition, all costs of parts required to repair the system are covered.
Not covered are repairs due to vandalism, cosmetic damage, neglect, severe weather conditions, screen burn or work by non DS Systems engineers. |
