Central Control
•

This is a PC based system, therefore allowing all doors to be controlled from one or multiple PCs.

Time zones allow restricted access to different people to different doors within specified time scales.

Issuing cards is simplified.

 Day Codes and Societies codes can be programmed in months in advance.
 
Reporting
•
 An event is generated every time a token is used to gain access
•
 See ‘who is in today’ at a glance.
•
 Check for attempted unauthorised access (either by forcing a door or using an invalid token).

 Roll call and muster reporting checks staff and members in at a central point if there has been an evacuation alarm. Anybody who has not presented their token to the central point who is recorded as being in the building will be identified.
 

Time and Attendance

Shows the hours worked by each Staff Member.

Dedicated readers are installed for time and attendance.

Check at a glance who’s in/out, working at home or on holiday.

 Set number of holiday days per Staff Member.
